Excellent until it died just 32 days after purchase. The product looks and works well, with a modern yet simple design and blue LED glow during heating. It boils water very fast and the pitcher itself is free of cords. The product is simple to use and works as expected. The problem is, ours died after just 32 days (won't turn on anymore). Which is past the Amazon return policy. So I called Ovente's customer service 800 number, which is just a front because you get a recorded message saying they don't do defects, returns, technical support of the phone for "safety reasons". No one actually answers the phone. Having registered the product means nothing because it just puts your contact information in their data base but the consumer doesn't get any additional support information. So I paid to boil water for about a month and now I have to dispose of a useless piece of junk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
