Not long after installing the TV we started noticing some issues: the Prime app would not work properly, Netflix app had its own small problems and very often the TV would just freeze and not respond to any command on the remote control. In that moment we unplugged it and started again- we had to do this lots of times! We used our Fire stick and that worked just fine but to pay over 1000$ for a smart TV and then not to be able to use the smart features was not something we can accept.
