I have read all of the Gabriel Allon books and enjoyed them. This addition was beyond disappointing. Silva has interjected political correctness and a slanted point of view that left a very bad intellectual taste for me. I will not be returning to this series of books. Also, read the author notes. This section really identifies where Silva’s politics, for example, he specially calls out Paul Krugman as a great economist. This tell you all you need to know. The libs will love this book. I hated it.
