I bought this product with the understanding that it had a 120 day money-back guarantee. I tried it for 60 days and it was not effective, so I sent it back to Livia. They received it on April 3 and since then no one at Livia will return any of my messages to either give me a refund or return the product I purchased to me. Do not buy this product. It’s an extremely expensive TENS unit, and I am now out a lot of money. UPDATE: It’s been well over a year now. They promised me a refund several times but kept putting me off, and eventually stopped responding to my emails and then blocked me on all their social media when I started posting there about my experience (after seeing targeted ads for them!). Don’t buy anything from them. They are an unethical company.
