As I said in the headline. The taste is 4.5 stars, one of the best tasting bars on the market. The issues comes after the bar is eaten. The alcohol sugars they use are maltitol and sorbitol (both used as laxatives). The cramping and bloating afterwards are the after effects you are left dealing with for two hours. Also the product contains pork and beef in the form of gelatin. I would of liked to have know this before purchasing the product! I can see now why they decided against listing the ingredients.
