I tolerated this piece of trash for years. because I already spent the money on a "good" brand printer I figured I was married to it. I dealt with the jams, the connectivity issues, and the god awful ritual of trying to print two sided and guess how the stupid software would screw it up. I ended up paying homage to "Office Space" and giving it the send-off it deserves.
