Please beware of all side effects before taking this as I was not - The next day after taking this I was vomiting/diarrhea for over 12 hours and couldn’t even keep water down. Ended up in the doctors @ 9pm because I just couldn’t take it anymore. Lost over 7llb over night, severely dehydrated, low blood pressure among other things. Two IV bags & two sets of medication and I am still not 100%. Poison control does state this supplement is nontoxic however it is not regulated so who knows what you’re really ingesting. At least use HIGH precaution on the amount you’re using if you decide to still use this stuff. I spent days in absolute agony!
