The poison that comes with these bait stations does nor kill Norway rats. I make video cameras for a living and carefully monitored a recent rat problem. I had rats escape from Victor spring traps - got it on video twice they just push the trap off over their head. So I decided to take the environmental risk and poison them before they could do any more damage to my stuff. I put out four of these bait stations and kept refilling them as I watched the rat eat block after block of the bait. You might think that there are so many rats that when one dies another fills the void, but I suspected it was just the one. After he chewed another expensive item, I put out some Kat Sense traps right at 9 PM. The rat was caught in the trap by 9:08 and dead less than five minutes later. All of the cameras that reliably recorded rat visits every night have shown no more rats for over a week now - I had one and only one rat and he ate a ton of this useless bait and it did nothing to him. Total waste of money.
