I bough this for a trip and worked really well .......for the first two weeks. After that the battery pack would not fully charge. I had to wait until I got back to contact seller. Sent an email and never got a reply. I had missed the return deadline given that I was not in the country. This was such a waste of money. I was really looking forward to using this pack for a long time given the numerous high reviews on the products from anker and this specific pack. Will have to look elsewhere I guess :c
