This was an awesome product for the first few months, but shortly after I purchased and began using this item the vibrator stopped functioning properly. Instead of "throwing you out of your bed", the vibrator simply made a humming noise and a light vibration, not one that I could hear or feel while unconscious. The result was multiple workdays and classes were overslept because the alarm could not wake me up. (Loud noises aren't enough for me, too heavy a sleeper). I spent a good few hours trying to fix the vibrator to no avail. Very disappointing. Update: ended up taking apart the vibrator and the weight needed to be reattached to the motor. It ended up being an easy fix, if anyone seems to have this same problem.
