Was so excited to get this today so I could have something to put on the floor to absorb the hardness and shock. To my extreme disappointment, this mat is LITERALLY hard as a rock!! It’s actually more comfortable to lie on the floor and stretch without, which defeats the whole purpose of buying this. DO NOT buy this if you’re looking for a mat with a little bit of give or cushion!!! This was a total waste of money for that purpose. I’m shocked that none of the other reviews have mentioned how hard this mat is. I honestly don’t see what good this product is since it’s so hard with not a smidge of give in the material.
