Piece of junk
When I asked for instructions, I was required to provide proof of purchase. We wanted it for a specific purpose, specifically one dozen Creme Brûlée for a birthday party. It took an estimated 45 minutes to complete and when finished, I threw it in the trash. I would not order again.
