Replacement set not even assembled
They looked perfect for my Granddaughter's birthday decorations . I ordered the 1st set , and they came quick but did not work at all , so I ordered a replacement set ........... and this is what came ........... not even assembled correctly .... so second try and very disappointed that neither set worked .
