In March of 2013 I ordered 10 rolls of this product at a promotional price of 2 for 1. They required I pay, in advance, with a credit card. I did. Shortly thereafter I received 9 rolls of insulation. I both called and emailed the company about the problem. No response. I tried to file a claim with Fed Ex but I couldn't without the company signing off. They didn't. Finally, I called my credit card company. Although I only requested a charge back for the replacement cost of the one roll, they charged back the entire amount. Insulation for Less finally contacted me. They were not cooperative. They wouldn't send the replacement roll unless I removed the charge back. I said no replacement roll no charge back removal. The representative hung up on me.
