Received this headset a fee days ago. I will provide an update upon request or if something new needs to be added. Let's keep it simple. PROS: The lights are cool. The headset is aethestically pleasing. My boyfriend loves the design. VERY comfortable ear cushion. The casing and box it arrives in is excellent quality. Impressive stuff. CONS: The bluetooth quality is bad. I mean, REALLY bad. For the price I paid, i expect something of decent quality at least. I know I probably am paying a lot for the brand name and beautiful design. But the technology should at least be on par with any $20 bluetooth device. The problem here is the audio stutters a lot and goes out. I am just laying on couch and not moving. It gets especially bad if i walked to another room. I have other bluetooth speakers and headset in the house that work better. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Maybe just keep the headset connected with a cord. Another Con is that i have trouble connecting from one device to another. This may be normal of bluetooth devices. For instance, if i am connected via bluetooth to my cell phone and want to switch to my smart tv, i find myself spending a lot of time trying to connect to my tv. It seems stuck on my cell phone, even though i chose the Disconnect function. If i learn how to do this better i will update. But I have experience with bluetooth devices and cannot seem to figure his part out. Truth be told i am still having trouble connecting to my tv again ever since i connected to my phone. I gave two stars because this is something i would not recommend to a friend. For cost, i expect it to sound better.
