My cats hated this litter box. They wouldn't use it but would deposit the solid waste outside of the litter box, would sit on the walk in tray and do their other business so that it would be under that walk in tray and hard to reach without taking the whole thing apart. Then when I went to clean out litter and add new the liquid waste had gathered underneath the pull out tray. It was a mess. I would return it but not sure they would take it back since it has been used. I would give it zero starts, not one, but I had to choose one so this would post.
