Have had it a few weeks, the latch broke off the cleaning tank already which renders the machine useless since it can’t vacuum up the water. Called Bissell, they’re sending a new tank, but considering I only used it to clean three rooms so far I’m guessing this will be a repeating problem unless they have reengineered the replacement tanks so the plastic doesn’t snap when you are latching the tank closed. *Update, they sent a new tank, right out of the box still wrapped in plastic it was broken in the same exact spot that mine broke. Another call to Bissell to have them send me the part for free, which takes about a week and a half... so I got to use it the weekend I got it, it broke the next weekend and now I'll be unable to use it for 20 days... So much for a convenient carpet cleaner.
