This is the second massage Gun I’ve bought from Renfo. The first one had a removable battery power pack. After over a year of recharging the battery pack would only charge to 80% and would loose its charge very fast. I called the seller to get a replacement battery pack but they wouldn’t sell me a new battery pack so I had to buy a new massage gun. The new gun has a smaller battery pack and it’s not removable. So when the battery pack stops charging you have to buy a new massage gun. I also tried to buy a new massage head but the seller also wouldn’t sell me a new head. I do not recommend buying a massage gun from this seller. And I encourage Amazon to stop listing this massage gun on their website
