I took the large upright with me on its first flight. However, when I got my luggage back at my destination, both zippers had disappeared. The teeth were still holding everything together for the most part, allowing me to make it to my hotel, but I had no way to close it again once I opened it. I ended up having to buy a new piece of luggage before continuing on with the rest of my vacation, while leaving this one behind to be disposed. The extended warranty I bought won't cover it because it's under manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover it because it happened during a flight, and the airline won't cover it because I didn't notice til I reached my hotel.
