So I purchased these earbuds 4 months ago and initially I was impressed with the quality of sound and the high quality feel. But only after 4 months the earbud casing fell apart and resulted in the wires connecting the speakers to tear. The adhesive they used wasn’t applied properly or they didn’t use enough causing them to fall apart. I contacted the support staff and they said they couldn’t replace the headphones because what happened wasn’t a “manufacture defect”. They did offer me a 40% coupon code to purchase another set, but that means spending more money.
