I would not recommend this book. It offers a few tips that are worthwhile but several that are naive at best. Urinating in a water source is NOT the proper thing to do. I also do not understand why I would need to tell kids to look for aliens or "Bigfoot" to pique their interest in the woods. Nature offers plenty of realistic pursuits that kids find fascinating; bugs, rocks, animals, etc.
