I bought this for our baby. After my husband assembled it one of the wooden pieces that help support it snapped in half. Thankfully our little one wasn’t hurt. I spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer as well as amazon hoping there could be a refund without returning the item since we no longer had the box and it was already assembled (seems unnecessary to have to spend more of our time disassembling a faulty product, find a box to fit it, and take it to a store to ship it back when they cannot use it anyway). Dissatisfied with this product and amazons poor customer service.
