Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I loved this pan at the very beginning. However, 6 months later, no matter what I cooked, everything stuck on the pan and it’s really hard to clean. At first, I checked the comments from the product review and I did follow the way they suggested to clean it. However, it will happen. I also contact them through their website, as they suggested, but no one responded for 2 months. It makes me no choice but to give bad reviews on Amazon and let people see what's going to happen after using it for a while. Now, I'm just hoping the 1-year warranty still apply and I could get my money back.
