I got this vacuum because I live in a household with long haired girls (my wife and daughter). We have toiled with vacuums for years. I finally thought I figured out that we needed a "pet eraser" type vacuum. After lots of research and YouTube videos we decided to get this model. Our issues with vacs traditionally was that the roller gets tangled in hair and they eventually break the by getting wound up around the belt area; this would result in having to take scissors to the roller after every use. Unfortunately I believe this vacuum is just full of hot air .. it gets tangled like the rest. The pictures shown here are after my first use. Just minutes after receiving the package from Amazon. I'm thinking of returning it as soon as I figure out how to return products from Amazon. Severely dissatisfied.
