I have used this product for 7 months. THE PRO: It works well for an inexpensive burr grinder. It delivers a relatively uniform grind. The CON: However, the clear plastic bin for the ground coffee is VERY FRAGILE and cracks and breaks easily. See attached picture. This may not seem like much of a problem, however, there is a safety mechanism that prevents the grinder from engaging without out the plastic coffee bin properly in place. So, once this inexpensive bottom coffee bin breaks the whole unit is rendered unable. I contacted the company via email to see if I could purchase a replacement. Their costomer service is terrible! I recieved no response. BEWARE!!! **UPDATE 9/20/2018 I was contacted by Chefman. They were unhappy with my review. They indicated that if I verified my address they would provide me with a new plastic bin. I verified my address back to them the same day I received the message. That was over a MONTH ago. If they had actually replaced the bin I would have raised my review to 4 stars. As it is I would give them less than one if I could revised it down!!! Being promised a replacement and then to be left waiting is worst that no contact at all.
