I looked and looked for a tear down of this fan. Finally decided to have a real look at it. Water splatter resistant- nope. 12000mAH- nope it's 2000mAH (see the picture). Battery not even held down- it's free floating. Looks like they jammed it in there and exposed the positive wire while doing so. Well thought out and constructed for durability? Nope! The only thing holding the electronic board in place is the fan adjustment knob. At least THAT is actually screwed in place. The power jack is being held in with a bit of hot-melt glue and luck. I paid over a hundred for this? I am disgusted these manufacturers are allowed to sell this junk. Cheaply manufactured and slapped together with a coat of shiny yellow paint. You ever heard of polishing a turd? In my opinion this is a perfect example of hype and gloss on a terrible product.
