Dear Samsung, you need to add, not remove useful features on your flagship phones. Samsung was mocking Apple for removing a 3.5mm headphone jack on their phones in their commercials and then did the same thing. For $1200 I would like to have an option to just plug in my favorite headphones and listen to Hi-Res audio. A lot of people want to charge their phones and use headphones at the same time. Apple did that to sell wireless earbuds and Samsung eventually followed the lead. Where is a MicroSD slot? What if I would like to add storage to a phone that records in 8k and only has 128GB of storage. Selling a phone that records 8k videos with only 128GB of storage that can't be extended for $1200 is not acceptable. The phone uses anywhere between 550 and 600 Mb of storage for 1 minute of 8k video. Roughly half of your 128GB of storage is going to be dedicated to Android and Apps. So you only have around 60GB for all your photos and videos. So in reality you can only record 100min of 8k videos on your phone before you run out of space and only if you don't have any other files saved. Yes the processor is faster and the screen and the camera are a bit better than NOTE 9 but when it comes to useful features SAMSUNG went back. Maybe if more people complain about missing features, and stop buying New Samsung Phones that are supposed to be better, things will change.
