My husband bought this bed 6 months ago. It was great at first and then it started to become uncomfortable just outside of the 101 day trial. We tried to deal with it but it just continued to become more and more uncomfortable waking up with back and neck pain and not sleeping through the night due to tossing and turning. We contacted their customer service. We sent the photos of the indentation ( the permanent indentation) in he mattress. We were told to set our mattress on the floor and they would not do anything until the indentation reached 1 in! Are you kidding me! This is crap. Their customer service is unhelpful and they do NOT stand behind their product. Do not buy this mattress under and circumstances. If you do and have an issue don't be surprised when they don't stand behind the product and tell you to deal with it.
