I purchased this television 5 weeks ago. I haven't watched it much. This white line all of a sudden appears on the screen. I immediately call for support and after some basic troubleshooting, I was advised that a technician may need to visit my home. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. This television is brand new. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Update: After demanding a FULL refund, I have NOT been issued one. A company picked up the defective television over a week ago. Every phone call that I've made to Samsung gets me different information. People will act slowly when your money is involved. Will NEVER purchase a Samsung product. The customer service is just as bad as their products.
