But definitely not 12,000 BTU. My old 10,000 ac cooled my office, bedroom and bathroom. This unit so far has barely cooled my 8 x 8 foot office. I think its over priced but will give it another day to run. UPDATE: Its been running non stop on high for 2 days and it has not cooled my office below 80 degrees. Im very dissapointed and would like a refund. Now I have to go by a another ac. This is garbage. It just blows air around and doesnt cool the room. The advertisement says it will cool a 20x25 ft room. NO WAY. I just wasted a whole weeks pay on this piece of junk.
