Bought this item because it was supposed to be awsome, shockproof and all, failed a couple of months later. I contacted the manufacturer and they have really crappy costumer service, it takes really long for a representative to log on and they told me to try and get the replacement from Amazon because they couldn't do it. Really disappointed in this item and the manufacturer.
