I was so excited to offer my girls some fun phrases for handwriting practice. Although there are many fun, there are also phrases that I am not eager for my girls to copy. Here are a few that I was not overly eager for my girls to be practicing repeatedly: Drama Queen!, Don't bug me!, Pout-y lips, Positive energy, Magic spells, I hugged a zombie, What's in it for me?, Run with the zombies, I am my own favorite idol, The magic of wizardry, A vampire kissed me, I really love vampires, Where's my broom, Frown, cry and pout. So you get it, this would maybe be appropriate for a teen, but I think most learning cursive are far younger than that. I only flipped through less than half the book and caught those phrases. Who knows what else is in there. Honestly, I dont care to find out. This will be shipping back tomorrow. Though there were many ok phrases, this book just isn't for us.
