Not a good fit for iPhone photos and videos
Very disappointed to find out that this frame will not play the videos taken with my wife's iPhone. The frame accepts only videos that are in mp4 and do not exceed a frame rate of 720p. Her iPhone-10 takes videos in MOV (a very common format) and higher than 720p.
Another issue, the frame does not reliably orient iPhone photos correctly. Works for most, but not all.
