PLEASE READ THE LOWER RATED REVIEWS ON THIS PRODUCT. I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS EXPERIENCED THIS VERY DANGEROUS PROBLEM WITH THIS PRODUCT! Bought this towards the end of 2010. Loved the way it made my back feel. Minimal use. My dad loved it as well. Jan 2012, my dad was inverted, and the strap snapped (it had no signs of wear on it prior to this). He fell head first and we were terrified he'd seriously hurt himself. Since it's over a year old, there's not much that can be done, so buyer beware and get an industrial strap to replace the one it comes with before using this thing. I contacted the company via email and never received a response.
