In the gray, I was not a fan of how velvety this mat looks. Every footprint leaves an obvious mark. The mat was admittedly very soft and had nice cushion but I couldn’t get over how bad it looked. Secondarily Amazon has recently made returns a real headache. Advertise “free returns” but to get a free return you have to take the item inside a shopping mall in Nashville to the Amazon books store. Total hassle. No more UPS drop off for free, which is very inconvenient. Will cause me to second guess future purchases
