buyer beware-formula change
I have been using this supplement for years to help with anxiety and for regular bowel movements. I knew the packaging changed, but so has the formula. Read the ingredients for yourself. In the past I would have gave a 5-star rating, but the new formula DOES NOT WORK. Very disappointed. Different form of magnesium.
