Unusable! Arrived missing battery compartment end cap. Clearly well-worn, not even clean.. Refurbished -- yeah right...
Refurbished by whom, Joe Schmo's Garage? I buy a lot of certified refurbished stuff and never have I received something so clearly used. This is akin to buying something used off eBay or Craigslist except with less honesty. Not to mention it didn't even have the battery compartment end cap!
