I bought this to lift a volvo wagon to change motor mounts instead of using the one supplied with the car. I've lifted the front end a total of 2 times (one wheel lifted at a time, jackstands placed, other side done) and today when I used it was very hard to turn the handle with no load. When I tried lifting the wagon, it kept slipping back down with a clunk clunk, and it appears the large "nut" that does the work of lifting opposite the handle hole is stripped out partially and doesn't lift reliably. Very disappointed.
