Warning!!!! This is a coffee maker with DRM (Digital Rights Management) ! This coffee maker says "Oops" if you don't use their coffee and it will not brew coffee that is not approved by them. This means you can't even use Reusable Coffee Filters to enjoy your favorite coffee in the morning with this machine. When this happens the coffee maker literally gives you a screen that says “oops” and gives you a phone number to call, where you wait like 10 minutes and they plead with you not to return the coffee maker and even try to give you some free coffee to keep the machine. Green Mountian Coffee totally blew it on Keurig 2.0. Don't buy Keurig until they realize they lost focus of their customers and fix this in a version 2.1 !!! Without this DRM, it would be a great coffee maker. Green Mountian Coffee is trying to control the customer experience in order to make a bit more money. Just how customer unfriendly can a company be? I hear there are ways to defeat this by reusing labels, but do you really want to start out your morning with a struggle with your coffee machine?
