average photo editing app made worse by Flurry data gathering
This is a very average photo editing app. The effects are similar to Instagram, which mostly cover up flaws in your photos instead of enhancing the details. There is no ability to apply the effects to only selected areas of a photo, like the better photo editors have. My go-to photo app is Snapseed (which is free) and PicsPlay doesn't come close to its functionality, so I am uninstalling. The use of Flurry data gathering is also troubling. 3 stars for the app minus 1 star for Flurry.
