As of 20 Aug 2017 the machine is not functioning. Waiting to see what type of product support I receive. The mower is being replaced with a new identical unit under warranty. However it is not available until mid-September. A real problem in Mississippi where we often mow twice a week. The warranty does not allow a person to upgrade, even if the purchaser is willing to pay extra. Sad Update: 3 October 2017, despite Greenworks promise to ship a replacement mid-September 2017, it has nor been received by me. Also customer service is no longer responding to me. DONT BUY!
