The LED arrived and functions as promised. Touch sensitive dimer control works fine in this flexible sleek desk lamp. The reason for the low rating is the seller tried to hide imperfections on the finish with a black marker. Any defect in the finished was cover up with black marker, it is very obvious and ugly. I would not any one purchase anything from NEON MART. They sell marked defected goods as new, shady vender.
