Bought my Flexispot computer riser this was going to be a great item. I needed it for the 10+ working hours I do in front of my computer. To my surprise, after 5 months, the compression cylinder that provides the lift was not working any more. Contacted Amazon for technical support. After 48 hours, i was told to contact Flexispot. They weren't mush help and support. For the past 3 weeks, I went back and forth vis emails. I was asked to make a video of my computer lift when I'm lifting it, show proof of purchase, etc. In the end, I was told by Flexispot to contact Amazon for a refund. To this day, nothing has been resolved. I don't want a refund or a replacement. They can send me the cylinder and I'll replace it. I'm not asking for much! Follow up: Amazon finally allowed me to return the item and refunded my money.
