I purchased this pen intending to give it as a gift. However, what is not shown in the product photo or included in the product information is that the company that manufactures it has included their name and contact information right down the middle of the pen, making it look like a cheap giveaway and not something that I'd feel comfortable giving as a gift. I can't speak to the quality of the writing or the longevity of the pen's life since I have opted for a refund and I haven't used it nor do I intend to, but the periodic table seems well-designed so if you are thinking of buying this pen for yourself, it's probably fine. I just think the potential buyer has the right to know what exactly the pen looks like.
