I bought this watch for the main purpose of using the Google assistant. Unfortunately my experience was not great. 1st problem the assistant activated my phone in my pockets assistant which being in my pocket doesn't help me much. so no real "ok google" support via the watch. Next if you simply click the Google assistant on the watch it was very slow compared to the same thing on my phone and it didnt seem to understand me as well making this feature even more impractical, the speaker is so quiet even at full volume you can barely here the assistants feedback even if she understood you, so if Google assistant is what you are buying this for ...you may not be happy with the results. overall I was really disappointed with how buggy the wearos software on the watch was, I would be ashamed if I was Google. I feel bad for Fossil because they made a really nice watch full of Google buggyness. The battery is well almost a joke, yes I knew that before buying but I believed it couldn't be as bad as all the reviews were saying. Well I got half a days use and did not half all features on, but I did have most. You can turn off a bunch of settings to get long life but then the watch becomes just a watch and not much of a smart watch. And it has a dim screen even when set to maximum brightness. Fossil you did a good job with what you had to work with in regards to battery technology processor and operating system. If those 3 things were not an issue I would give Fossil a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
