Dead on arrival
Paid 2k dollars to receive laptop without signs of life. Contacted Acer first and went over few routines to identify if there is life in it, nothing worked. Returning it, not going to wait 3 weeks for its repair. And by the way, "thank you" Amazon FOR NOT LETTING me replace item with another one!
