Took well over an hour to get assistance from Canon. To his credit, the representative was well spoken and relatively knowledgeable although he came across as being unaware that the inks were nowhere to be purchased. This did not bring any joy to me as our company depends on an operational printer at all times and without being able to obtain ink throughout most of February and now mid-March, I find it unconscionable that Canon continues to sell this printer. They also would not refund, replace, or upgrade with additional payment. Well, Canon, stop selling until you can replace the person with the recipe.
