Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This looked so nice in the photos and the reviews raved about it, so I bought it assuming I'd think it was fantastic. Instead I was very underwhelmed when I opened it. The photos make it appear to be a very nice water resistant fabric that's a gray on gray design, but instead it's just gray netting over cheap pale yellow foam which shows through the netting. And the water soaks right into the netting and foam. Looking back at the product photos after receiving it I can see now that they are digitally enhanced images which aggravates me. Also, the neck roll has something (extra material inside maybe, not really sure) pushing outward on the ends which feels bunchy and stiff, it's not a nice smooth end like in the photos. The neck roll is also too thin so it's impossible to support my neck and my head bumps against the tub surround wall, which makes the neck roll pretty useless. I can raise it higher and just lean my head against it, but I specifically wanted the type with a neck roll for my... neck. On the plus side: the suction cups have a good hold and seem to stay on well so far, and the backrest portion is comfortable to lean against. The hook is handy so I can hang it to dry when I'm done with it (which is more important than I had expected now that I see how soaking wet it gets). I won't bother returning it because it's "good enough", but my aggravation is that the photos and reviews gave me the impression that it was worth paying more for, but it's definitely not worth the price and I wish I just got a cheaper one which would have been the same mediocre quality and I could have saved myself both disappointment and money. It should have been half the price I paid.
