I hated this eye shade! 1. I had to continually adjust the eye foam cushion so there was no light shining in however, when I roll one side to another, I still saw stabs of light shining through, (2) in order minimize the light, I had to strap on the eye shade tightly which still shifted when I moved around, and (3) I felt my eyes had "sweated" because it was tightly covered. It just wasn't for me.
