WOW! That didn't take long
Delivered July 5, installed July 6, first steady rain July 22.
Kwikset would not unlock this morning. Batteries are good, keypad lights up as normal.
I disassembled the lock after using the key to unlock it and found water inside. The tiny little motor was soaked. I dried it out with a hair-dryer but it's now dead. The reset button beeps but it's totally non-responsive after that.
Do not buy this for an outdoor installation.
